Second Wulfram Division Established

In response to overwhelming demand for positions on the team, we have decided to open a second division in Wulfram. This second division will be commanded by Raven1223 and SF_Colonel is the adjutant. The two Wulfram divisions are now under the joint command of SF_Magician. The two divisions are equal to one another and will serve to suppliment our ever-growing community.
