Team Launches World of Warplanes Division

Public News Releases Team Special Forces is proud to announce the formation of its newest permanent division, for the forthcoming air combat game World of Warplanes. The team previously supported the game under the umbrella of its well-established World of Tanks Division, and the move to establish a dedicated division for the game will allow for expansion and improved organization. Players may be members of one or both of the divisions if they desire. The new division will be led by commanding officer DarkmanX, who moves up from being the Executive Officer of the World of Tanks Division in charge of the airplanes component, which is now moving to the new division.

The team has been accepting applications for World of Warplanes players since June and continues to welcome both closed and open beta testers to join us. We hope to see you in the skies!

Team Adds World of Warplanes to Game Lineup

Public News Releases Team Special Forces is proud to announce that its growing World of Tanks Division will be adding the forthcoming extension game World of Warplanes! Currently in closed beta, the team is now accepting applications for World of Warplanes players, who will be placed in an air unit created in the World of Tanks Division until the game gets closer to release. Join us today!

Team Ends Support for AA2, BC2

Public News Releases Team Special Forces has ended its support for the older games America's Army 2 and Battlefield Bad Company 2. The America's Army Division, which was established back in July 2002, will cease operations. The game has lost its official support from its developers and the number of players remaining does not meet the minimum level needed to sustain a division. The team looks fondly back on its long-lived experience in America's Army going back to the beginning, and appreciates all of the members past and present who battled along side us over the last nine and a half years.

The Battlefield Division has dropped support for Battlefield Bad Company 2 and now exclusively supports Battlefield 3. Over the past three months, practically all of the division's players have moved over to BF3 and next to none continue to play BC2 on a regular basis. The Battlefield Division, established in March 2005, has supported Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 prior to Bad Company 2. With over 100 members, the Battlefield Division has daily action in BF3 and welcomes new players.

Team Celebrates 14th Anniversary

Public News Releases December marks the 14th anniversary of the founding of Team Special Forces.

2011 has seen exceptional growth in the team's ranks including the launch of Battlefield 3 which was the most successful launch of a new game in the team's history, and resurgent recruiting which has bulked up the ranks of our World of Tanks division.

The team looks forward to a bright future in 2012!
